The design meets the requirements of the standard AS1418.7:2002 – Special Purpose Appliances. The MHSL is available specifically for solar panel lifting. The standard lifting height is 11.5 metres but with the addition of any of the 2, 1, 0.75 or 0.50-metre extensions, they can gain a maximum lift height of up to 19 metres.
